Returns

• Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

• Non‑returnable items include: limited‑edition or custom merchandise, gift cards, and clearance/final‑sale items.

Return Process

1. Email marketing@phenohunter.org with your order number and reason for return.

2. We’ll provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.

3. After inspection, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

Refunds

• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Shipping costs are non‑refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 30 days. Contact us to confirm availability before returning your item.

Damaged or Defective Items
